Day 1- 20th Oct 2024– Fly to Denpasar, Bali ( D)

Upon your arrival at Denpasar airport, Please complete the visa on arrival process and then meet your dedicated private driver who will be waiting to escort you to your hotel in Ubud. After settling in, join your fellow travelers for a group welcome dinner at a local Balinese restaurant . It’s the perfect opportunity to unwind, get to know each other, and prepare for the exciting adventures that await during your stay in Bali.

Day 2 – 21st Oct 2024 – Ubud Tour – “4×4 Jeep Tour Mystical Volcanoes of Bali (B,L)

Embark on a Captivating Expedition: Mystical Volcanoes of Bali jeep Tour

Our expedition begins with the comfort and capability of 4×4 Jeeps, specially crafted to navigate the rugged terrains and hidden paths inaccessible to ordinary vehicles. Our first enchanting stop is the mesmerizing Tukad Cepung Waterfall, where a short trek leads us into the heart of a cave, unveiling a breathtaking 15-meter cascade amidst lush foliage. Immerse yourself in the refreshing waters for a revitalizing swim, rejuvenating both body and spirit.

Continuing our voyage, we venture into the village of Kedui, where a local expert demonstrates the traditional art of harvesting sweet coconut wine atop towering coconut trees. Day 3: 22nd Oct 2024- Discover the Enchantment of Bali: A Day of Waterfalls, Temples, and Nature (B, L)

Our day begins with a scenic drive from the hotel to the Kanto Lampo Waterfall, a hidden gem in the village of Beng. Together, we can witness the water cascading over a rocky facade into a serene pool below, a perfect spot for a refreshing dip or a photo opportunity.

Next, we’ll visit the Tirta Empul Temple, a significant cultural landmark renowned for its holy spring water. Immersed in the spiritual ambiance, we can observe the purification rituals performed by locals and pilgrims alike.

Continuing our cultural exploration, we’ll make a stop at Pura Gunung Kawi Sebatu, a lesser-known but equally enchanting temple surrounded by lush gardens and ponds filled with blooming lotuses.

The Bali Pulina coffee experience is a treat for us coffee enthusiasts. We’ll learn about the traditional process of making Luwak coffee, one of the world’s most unique and expensive coffees, and savor a tasting session amidst the plantation’s tranquil surroundings.

Our journey then takes us to the iconic Ceking Rice Terraces, where we can marvel at the panoramic views of the verdant terraced landscapes. The sight of the sun-drenched rice paddies, carved into the hillsides, is a testament to Bali’s agricultural heritage.

Day 4: 23rd Oct 2024 – Ubud Free day (B)

Let the skilled therapists transport you to a realm of relaxation, melting away any stress or tension.

Alternatively, immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Ubud village for a delightful shopping excursion. Day 5: 24th Oct 2024- Ubud – Nusa Dua -Half Day tour -Experience the Romance of Bali and the Beauty of Balinese Culture (B, L)

Our day begins with a departure from the hotel, setting off for a journey filled with cultural exploration and relaxation. We arrive at the Taman Ayun Temple, a stunning example of Balinese architecture and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Surrounded by a wide moat, the temple complex is a serene place for us to wander and absorb the tranquil atmosphere.

Next, we visit the iconic Tanah Lot Temple, perched on a rocky islet surrounded by crashing waves. The temple is one of Bali’s most important landmarks, famed for its unique offshore setting and sunset backdrops. It’s a perfect spot for us to capture some beautiful photos and soak in the spiritual ambiance.

For lunch, we head to Seminyak, where we have the choice to dine at Jackson Lily’s Ginger Moon (own cost). This restaurant offer a delightful array of dishes, allowing us to savor the local flavors. Lunch is a great opportunity for us to relax while indulging in some delicious food.

After lunch, we have some free time to explore Jalan Raya, Seminyak’s main shopping street. It’s a chance for us to browse through the boutiques, art galleries, and souvenir shops, perhaps picking up some unique items to remember our trip by.

Our day concludes with a leisurely drive back to our new hotel on the beach in Nusa Dua.


Day 6- 25th Oct 2024 -A Day of Beaches, Temples, and Cultural Wonders in Bali (B,D)

We depart from the hotel in the early afternoon around 1pm, embarking on a journey to discover some of Bali’s most picturesque beaches and cultural sites. Our first stop is Suluban Beach, known for its unique cave-like entrance and crystal-clear waters. It’s a wonderful spot for us to relax and take in the stunning coastal views.

Next, we visit Padang Padang Beach, a beautiful and secluded beach surrounded by limestone cliffs. It’s an ideal place for us to unwind, soak up the sun, and perhaps take a dip in the inviting ocean. This beach was featured in the famous movie, Eat, Prey Love!

As the afternoon progresses, we make our way to the majestic Uluwatu Temple, perched on a cliff edge overlooking the Indian Ocean. The temple is not only a spiritual landmark but also offers breathtaking panoramic views, especially as the sun begins to set.

Our cultural experience continues with the Kecak Fire Dance show, a captivating performance that combines dance, music, and fire, all set against the backdrop of the temple and the setting sun. It’s a mesmerizing display that we won’t soon forget.

For dinner, we head to Single Fin, a popular restaurant known for its stunning ocean views and delicious cuisine. It’s the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy a meal together while reflecting on the day’s adventures.

Our day concludes with a drive back to our hotel, filled with memories of the beautiful beaches, the spiritual Uluwatu Temple, and the enchanting Kecak Fire Dance.


Day 7 – 26th Oct 2024 – Nusa Dua – Free Day (B)

Seize the day and relish in the freedom to design your own leisurely escape. Whether you crave serene pampering, retail therapy, or the simple pleasure of unwinding on the private beach, the day is yours to enjoy.

Consider indulging in a rejuvenating visit to a day spa, where skilled therapists can transport you to a realm of relaxation. Treat yourself to a massage, spa treatment, or wellness session, allowing the soothing ambiance to revitalize your body and mind.

If shopping beckons, explore the vibrant Nusa Dua village, where you’ll discover a treasure trove of local crafts, boutique shops, and unique finds. Immerse yourself in the cultural richness of the area, collecting souvenirs that embody the spirit of Bali.

Alternatively, surrender to the tranquility of the private beach, letting the gentle sounds of the ocean and the warmth of the sun create the perfect backdrop for a day of rest and relaxation. Whether it’s a leisurely stroll along the shoreline or simply lounging with a good book, embrace the serenity of your surroundings.

Day 8 -27th Oct 2024- Nusa Dua -Fun Balinese cooking class, Devdan Show and Farewell Dinner (B,L,D)

Embark on a culinary adventure as your morning begins with a pickup from your hotel. You’ll be taken to a local market, where the vibrant array of spices will enchant your senses. Discover the rich culinary heritage of Indonesia, once renowned as “the land of spices.” Engage with the local vendors, and gain insights into the essential ingredients that form the backbone of Balinese cuisine.

With the ingredients in hand, immerse yourself in a hands-on cooking experience, crafting Balinese recipes under the guidance of skilled chefs. Feel the rhythm of traditional culinary techniques and savor the aromatic symphony created by the spices.

After putting in your culinary efforts, the rewarding part awaits—indulge in a delicious meal featuring the dishes you’ve prepared. Share the joy of your culinary creations with fellow participants, creating not just a meal but a memorable experience.

After our cooking class, we’ll have some leisure time to enjoy the comforts of our hotel. Whether it’s lounging by the pool, indulging in a spa treatment, or simply relaxing in our rooms, this is the perfect moment to recharge and savor the tranquility of our surroundings.

In the late afternoon, we’ll venture out to Jalan Pantai Mengiat in Nusa Dua for a stroll and some shopping. This charming street is lined with a variety of shops and boutiques, offering us the chance to pick up unique souvenirs, local crafts, and perhaps even some fashion finds. It’s a delightful way to soak in the local atmosphere and find some treasures to take home.

Our culinary journey continues as we dine at Kekeb Restaurant for our final farewell dinner, where we’ll indulge in the flavors of Indonesian cuisine. The restaurant’s menu is a testament to the diversity and richness of the country’s food culture, and it’s a wonderful opportunity for us to savor dishes that are both delicious and authentic.

The highlight of our evening is the Devdan Show, a spectacular performance that takes us on a magical journey through the Indonesian archipelago. With its blend of traditional and contemporary dance, acrobatics, and stunning visual effects, the show is a feast for the senses and a celebration of Indonesia’s cultural diversity.

Our day concludes with a drive back to our hotel.


Day 9 – 28th Oct 2024 – Nusa Dua – Departures (B)

As your time in Bali draws to a close, your private driver will ensure a seamless transfer back to Denpasar airport at the required time. This marks the official end of our tour, and we sincerely hope that your stay in Bali was filled with unforgettable moments and enriching experiences.

For all advertised LWT itineraries and dates, a trip-specific deposit amount per person required to confirm and secure your booking.

Final balance payment is due 60 days before the trip start date.

If your booking is made within 60 days of the trip start date then the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

Full Refund if you cancel more than 90 days prior to the trip start date.

Deposits become credits if you cancel your spot (in writing) between 90-60 days before the trip start date. All other payments will be refunded.

Cancellations 59 days or less before commencement: All payments will convert to a credit, including deposit: credit must be used with 24 months

Less than 30 days: No refunds or credits

Trip prices are based on shared occupancy. Single travelers will be assigned a roommate by LWT for no extra single supplement fee.

LWT is not responsible for any fees incurred due to currency exchange or fees charged by your credit card/bank for processing funds in any currency.

After written confirmation of the cancellation by LWT, your spot on the trip will be released immediately and is not guaranteed to be available for rebooking.

Refund terms if cancelled by the client:

Over 90 days before commencement: Full Refund
• 90 days to 60 days before commencement: Deposit will turn into a credit and all other payments refunded*
• 59 days to 30 days before commencement: All payments will convert to a credit, including deposit: credit must be used with 24 months
• Less than 30 days: No refunds or credits


Credits are valid to use to rebook for the year of the original trip or the next calendar year Valid for 24 months from issue

Credit may be transferred to another woman. You may find another woman to take your spot. She pays you directly for the deposit and assumes responsibility for any outstanding balance payments. The replacement participant must meet trip registration requirements and be approved to join the trip by LWT.

Credits may be used towards the final balance of another trip, applied at 90 days in advance of the trip start date. Credit may be transferred to any other trip, and you may cancel and reapply your credit as many times as you like, before 90 days in advance of the trip date, within the original credit expiry date.

Our trips are confirmed to depart when they have a minimum group size booked. LWT reserves the right to cancel any trip for any reason, but will rarely cancel a tour less than 60 days before departure except for Force Majeure, unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside LWTs control.

When a tour is cancelled by LWT before the agreed date of departure for any reason other than Force Majeure or the fault of the Client, the Client can either:

  • Take a substitute tour of equivalent or higher price if LWT  is able and willing to offer such a substitute and pay any difference in price between the price of the tour originally purchased and that of the superior substitute tour; or
  • Take a substitute tour of lower price if LWT  is able and willing to offer one and to recover from LWT  the difference in price between the tour originally purchased and that of the substitute tour; or
  • Receive a full refund of all monies paid under the contract as soon as possible.

LWT is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the Client may have incurred as a result of the booking such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non-refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment, etc.

If the Client is offered a refund but requests an alternative tour of a higher value than that originally booked, then the Client must pay the difference in price.

Where, after departure, a significant element of the trip contracted for cannot be provided, LWT  will make suitable alternative arrangements for the continuation of the trip.
