Welcome to Istanbul! Our tour begins with your arrival at the airport where you will be greeted by our team and escorted to your hotel. Once you have checked in and settled down, we will have a welcome drink reception where we will provide you with a brief overview of the exciting itinerary we have planned for you.
To kick off our journey, we have arranged a delightful welcome dinner at a panoramic restaurant with stunning views of the city. You will have the opportunity to savor traditional Turkish cuisine and enjoy some refreshing drinks while taking in the beautiful Istanbul skyline.
After dinner, you are free to explore the city at your own pace or retire to your hotel room for a good night’s rest.

Get ready for an unforgettable day exploring the old historical town of Istanbul! Our full-day tour will take you to some of the most iconic landmarks of this magnificent city.
We will start by visiting the stunning Blue Mosque, a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture and a symbol of Istanbul. From there, we will head to the Byzantine Hippodrome, an ancient chariot racing track that served as the heart of Constantinople’s social and political life.
Next, we will visit the world-renowned Archaeological Museum, home to an impressive collection of artifacts and relics from ancient civilizations, including the Greeks, Romans, and Ottomans.
For lunch, we will take you to a local traditional restaurant where you can indulge in some delicious Turkish cuisine and sample the local flavors.
After lunch, our tour continues with a visit to the mesmerizing Underground Cistern, an incredible engineering feat that once provided water to the city’s inhabitants. We will then head to the iconic St. Sophia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a masterpiece of Byzantine architecture.
After a full day of exploration, we will return to the hotel to refresh and unwind before heading out for dinner at a local restaurant, where you can try out some more traditional Turkish dishes and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city at night.
Overnight Istanbul
Today, we have a special day planned for you where you will be transported back in time to the era of the sultans.
We will start by visiting the breathtaking Topkapi Palace, the official residence of the Ottoman Sultans for over 400 years. Here, you will have the opportunity to explore the palace’s impressive architecture, stunning gardens, and the most wondered Harem section.
After Topkapi Palace, we will take a short visit to the vibrant Spice Market, where you can indulge your senses in the vibrant colors and exotic aromas of Turkish spices, teas, and sweets.
Next, we will embark on a private boat cruise on the Bosphorus, a scenic waterway that separates Europe and Asia. You will have the opportunity to take in the picturesque views of the city from the water while enjoying a relaxing and serene atmosphere.
For lunch, we will take you to a local fish restaurant where you can enjoy some of the freshest and most delicious seafood in the city.
After lunch, our last visit will be to the magnificent Dolmabahçe Palace, the last residence of the sultans and a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture. Here, you will marvel at the grandeur and opulence of this incredible palace.
After a full day of sightseeing, we will return to the hotel for some well-deserved relaxation and preparation for the evening’s dinner.
Overnight Istanbul
Enjoy a change of scenery as we travel to the charming town of Safranbolu, located in the west part of the Black Sea region. This town has been on the UNESCO World Heritage list since 1994 and is famous for its well-preserved historical old wooden houses.
Upon arrival in the afternoon, we will start our tour by visiting some of the major attractions of the town, including the magnificent Castle, the bustling Bazaar, the traditional Turkish Bath, and the impressive Government House. We will also have the opportunity to explore some of the beautiful personal architectural buildings that make this town so unique.
With nearly 800 houses under legal protection, you will love the picturesque streets and the scenery of the local houses, which mainly showed the greatest development during the 17th century.
For lunch, we will take you to a traditional restaurant where you can indulge in some delicious Turkish cuisine and sample the local flavors.
After lunch, we will have some free time for you to get lost in the charming streets of this old town, soak up the atmosphere, and explore the local shops and cafes.
In the evening, we will enjoy dinner at the hotel and rest in our cozy rooms for the night, ready for the adventures to come on our tour.
Overnight Safranbolu
Today, we are going to explore the neighboring town of Amasra, a charming and picturesque fishermen town with a fascinating ancient history. This town is also well-known for its stunning sandy beaches and delectable fish restaurants.
During our day tour, we will have the chance to admire the town’s impressive architectural heritage, including its two islands and castle built by the Romans and Byzantines. You will be mesmerized by the rich history and culture that can be seen in every corner of this lovely town.
For lunch, we will take you to a local fish restaurant where you can sample the freshest seafood and savor the flavors of the region.
After a full day of exploration and relaxation, we will return to Safranbolu for dinner and overnight.
Overnight Safranbolu
After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we will depart from the lovely town of Safranbolu and drive towards the capital city of Ankara, the heart of Turkey.
Our first stop will be at The Mausoleum of Atatürk, the founder of modern Turkey. This historic site is a must-visit, as it pays tribute to one of the greatest leaders in Turkish history. We will have the opportunity to explore this impressive monument and learn about the important role that Atatürk played in shaping modern Turkey.
Next, we will visit the Anatolian Civilisations Museum, which is one of the most comprehensive and informative museums in Turkey. Here, you will be able to gain a deeper understanding of the ancient life of Turkey, and learn about the rich history and culture of this fascinating country.
For lunch, we will take you to a local restaurant where you can sample some of the most delicious cuisine that Ankara has to offer.
After a full day of exploring and learning, we will have dinner and spend the night in Ankara.
Overnight Ankara
After breakfast, we will depart from Ankara and head towards the central Anatolian region. Our destination for today is the breathtaking and legendary landscape of Cappadocia, famous for its iconic fairy chimneys, underground cities, and stunning valleys.
Once we arrive in Cappadocia, we will first visit the Göreme Open Air Museum, a UNESCO World Heritage site that showcases a unique collection of rock-cut churches and monasteries with beautiful frescoes dating back to the 10th century. We will also explore the Underground City of Derinkuyu or Kaymaklı, an incredible labyrinth of underground tunnels and rooms that were once used as a shelter during the Byzantine era.
After our tour, we will check into our hotel and have some time to refresh and relax before lunch at a local traditional restaurant.
In the evening, we will have dinner and spend the night in Cappadocia, surrounded by the stunning natural beauty and unique landscape that this region is famous for.
Overnight Cappadocia
Our day starts early with a unique and exciting experience. You’ll have the option to join us on a hot air balloon tour before breakfast. We’ll pick you up from the hotel and take you to the briefing point for the hot air balloon flight. Imagine soaring above the stunning Cappadocia landscape, taking in breathtaking views that will stay with you for a lifetime.
After the hot air balloon tour, we’ll return to the hotel for a well-deserved breakfast. Then, we’ll depart for the rest of the highlights of the region. You’ll witness thousands of years of civilization in the unique formations of the landscape and underground cities, as well as the early Christian life. The area is also famous for its vineyards.
We’ll visit the charming towns of Uçhisar and Ürgüp, where you can immerse yourself in the local culture. We’ll also stop by local pottery and carpet factories where you can enjoy locally hand-made products.
Lunch will be at a local restaurant, where you’ll get to taste traditional, delicious food.
Overnight Cappadocia
Get ready for another exciting day in the impressive region of Cappadocia! We’ll explore more of the area’s highlights, starting with a visit to Ihlara Valley and the Valley of Pigeons. You’ll be amazed by the stunning natural scenery and unique cultural sites.
After lunch, we’ll have some free time to wander the charming town and discover its small streets and hidden gems. Take your time to immerse yourself in the local culture and soak up the vibrant atmosphere.
In the afternoon, we’ll visit a local house for a cup of tea or coffee. We’ll then enjoy some local wine as we watch the sunset over the beautiful landscape from a perfect vantage point. It’s the perfect way to bid farewell to Cappadocia and take in the breathtaking views one last time.

Overnight Cappadocia
It’s time to bid farewell to the breathtaking region of Cappadocia today, but not before taking one last look at it from the airplane. After landing at İzmir airport, we’ll drive to the city center and visit one of the most beautiful and modern cities in Turkey – The Pearl Of Aegea. This ancient city, also known as Smyrna, is filled with history and a unique atmosphere that you’ll fall in love with.
We’ll enjoy a delicious lunch at a local first-class restaurant before strolling through the city and taking in its sights and sounds. Afterward, we’ll transfer you to your hotel in the resort town of Kusadasi. It’s time for some relaxation and refreshment before dinner.
Dinner and overnight accommodations will be in Kusadasi, where you can unwind and reflect on the experiences of the past few days.
Overnight Kusadasi
After breakfast, we’ll drive to Selçuk town to visit the ancient city of Ephesus – one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. This remarkable site was entered onto the UNESCO World Heritage list in 1994 and registered in 2015. Walking on the marble road, you’ll feel as though you’ve stepped back in time and experience the ancient Greek and Roman life.
The walking tour of Ephesus will take a minimum of two hours, after which we’ll visit the House of the Virgin Mary for those who wish to become pilgrims. For lunch, we’ll continue driving to the picturesque Sirince Village – one of the must-visit places on earth. You’ll love the traditional narrow streets and the lovely atmosphere, as well as the famous local wine.
After lunch, we’ll have some time for shopping and exploring the village before heading to our hotel in the resort town of Kusadasi. Dinner and overnight accommodations will be in Kusadasi, where you can relax and reflect on the amazing experiences of the day.
Overnight Izmir
We’ll start the day with an early morning drive to the charming town of Bergama to visit one of the most important ancient kingdoms – Pergamum Ancient City and Acropolis. Marvel at the impressive ruins and learn about the rich history of this magnificent site.
After a lunch break, we’ll continue our journey to Çanakkale city to visit the world-famous ancient city of Troy. Explore the legendary city and discover the tales of the Trojan War that have been passed down for generations. After a day filled with exploration, we’ll arrive at our hotel in Çanakkale city, just one hour after our visit to Troy.
Dinner and overnight accommodations will be in Çanakkale, where you can unwind and reflect on the fascinating history and stunning sights you experienced throughout the day.

We’ll begin our day early with a departure from our hotel and a ferry ride across the Dardanelles to arrive at the ANZAC Commemorative Site. Our first stops will be Anzac Cove, Beach Cemetery, and Shrapnel Valley, where you’ll have time to reflect on the war heroes who gave their lives during the 1915 World War I. We’ll also visit other war graves, such as Lone Pine and The Nec, and you’ll have the opportunity to walk through the Turkish and Australian trenches.
Today, we’ll enjoy a simple lunch box menu that you can carry with you, allowing us to make the most of our time exploring the historic sites. In the afternoon, we’ll return to our hotel in Çanakkale.
For those who have a family member buried in the Gallipoli peninsula, please let us know in advance, and our guide will do their best to find the graveyard and include a visit during our tour.
Overnight Çanakkale.
We will start our day with an early breakfast and bid farewell to Gallipoli. Our next stop is Istanbul, where we will check in to our hotel upon arrival.
You will have some free time for any last-minute shopping or personal activities. In the evening, we will gather for a farewell dinner in Istanbul, including drinks.
Overnight Istanbul.
On the final day of your tour, you will enjoy breakfast at your hotel before checking out and transferring to the airport for your onward journey.

Please take the time to read and understand the booking terms and conditions prior to booking a trip with us.
Deposits and Payment Schedule
To join any of our captivating Luxury Women’s Tours (LWT) itineraries, a per-person deposit, tailored to your selected trip, is required to confirm and secure your reservation.
The final balance payment must be settled 90 days before your journey begins. If you book within this 90-day window, the full amount becomes due at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation more than 90 days prior to the trip’s start, a full refund is granted, with deductions for non-refundable supplier deposits and non-refundable flight expenses.
For cancellations made between 90 and 60 days before the trip starts, your land component deposits become non-refundable, while all other payments are refunded, with non-refundable supplier or flight charges deducted.
Cancellations occurring 59 days or fewer before the trip starts result in all land tour component payments, including the deposit, being non-refundable.
All flights are subject to airline terms and conditions.
Pricing
Published trip prices include all applicable taxes and are based on shared occupancy. Solo travelers are thoughtfully matched with roommates to avoid additional single supplement fees. Single supplements are available with a surcharge, subject to availability.
Please note that LWT is not responsible for fees related to currency exchange or charges imposed by your credit card company or bank for foreign currency transactions.
All Flight Booking Conditions
Be aware that terms, conditions, and cancellation fees imposed by flight carriers are applicable in accordance with the airline’s policies.
Cancellation by the Client
In case a Client needs to cancel their reservation, we request written notification sent to jamie@luxurywomenstours.com.au.
Upon receiving written confirmation of cancellation from LWT, your reserved spot on the trip will be released, and rebooking availability is not guaranteed.
Refund terms for client-initiated cancellations are as follows:
- Over 90 days before the trip’s start: Full refund, with deductions for non-refundable supplier deposits and non-refundable flight expenses.
- Cancellation between 90 and 60 days before the trip’s start: Land component deposits become non-refundable, with all other payments refunded, minus non-refundable supplier or flight charges.
- Cancellations occurring 59 days or fewer before the trip starts result in all land tour component payments, including the deposit, being non-refundable.
- All flights are subject to airline terms and conditions.
Credits
Credits are valid for use within the original year of the trip or the following calendar year, with a total validity period of 24 months from the date of issuance.
These credits can be transferred to another woman, who assumes responsibility for any outstanding balance payments and directly reimburses you for the deposit. However, the replacement participant must meet trip registration requirements and receive approval from LWT.
You can also apply your credits toward the final balance of another trip, provided the request is made at least 90 days before the trip’s start date. Additionally, you have the flexibility to transfer your credits to any other trip or cancel and reapply your credits as many times as needed before the 90-day mark before the trip date, all within the original credit expiry date. Please note that all credits are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Cancellation of a Tour by Luxury Women’s Tours
Our trips are confirmed to depart with a minimum group size booked. LWT reserves the right to cancel any trip for any reason, though cancellations less than 60 days before departure are rare, except for Force Majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond LWT’s control.
If LWT cancels a tour before the agreed departure date for reasons other than Force Majeure or the fault of the Client, you have the following options:
- Choose a substitute tour of equivalent or higher price, paying the difference.
- Opt for a substitute tour of lower price, receiving the difference in price as a refund.
- Receive a full refund of all monies paid under the contract.
LWT is not responsible for incidental expenses or consequential losses incurred by the Client, such as visa fees, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail tickets, non-refundable parking, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment.
