Day 1- Monday, 30th Sep 2024, Arrive in Uluru( D)

Upon arrival in Uluru, Proceed to Aryres Rock Resort via the airport shuttle.  Check in and relax until our welcome meeting and amazing Wintjiri Welcome dinner later.  Meet the rest of the group and your host in the lobby bar at Sails in the Desert at 4pm for a rundown of the itinerary and activities.

Welcome dinner- Wintjiri Wiru Sunset Dinner

Departing at 5 PM, the Wintjiri Wiru Sunset Dinner experience invites you on a journey deep into the desert. From Ayers Rock Resort, a brief but scenic drive leads you to the beginning of your adventure. Take a leisurely evening stroll through the desert, guided by an elevated walkway, until you arrive at the open-air theater nestled atop a dune. There, amid the vast expanse, you’ll be welcomed with tantalizing cocktails infused with native ingredients. Sip your drink while beholding the breathtaking panorama, witnessing the sun’s graceful descent over Uluru and Kata Tjuta.

Indulge in a culinary odyssey as you delve into a gourmet dinner hamper. Traditional native elements meld seamlessly with contemporary culinary artistry, promising a symphony of flavors that delight the palate. Against the backdrop of Australia’s heartland, where stories have echoed for millennia, you become part of the narrative.

Experience the ancient Mala story in a groundbreaking rendition. Witness choreographed drones, lasers, and projections illuminate the night sky, presenting a modern interpretation of an ancient Anangu tale. Day 2 – Tuesday, 1st October 2024 – Uluru Sunrise segway tour, Bush food experience and Camel ride (B)

Experience the awe-inspiring beauty of Uluru with the Uluru Sunrise and Segway tour.

As the first light of dawn illuminates Australia’s spiritual heart, witness the enchanting spectacle of Uluru awakening. Delight in a light breakfast spread featuring delectable muffins, toasted muesli, refreshing juice, and a choice of tea, coffee, or indulgent hot chocolate.

Before embarking on your Segway adventure, partake in a guided stroll to Mutitjulu Waterhole nestled at the base of the iconic rock formation.

Mount your Segway and glide effortlessly along a 12-kilometer route encircling the base of Uluru, led by your knowledgeable guide. Pause intermittently to absorb the splendor of Australia’s most remarkable landscapes, allowing the natural wonders to captivate your senses.

Day 3: Wednesday 2nd October 2024: Kings Canyon (B)

Embark on an unforgettable journey through the mesmerizing sand hill country en route to Kings Canyon, where adventure and natural wonders await. Your excursion commences with a scenic drive, punctuated by a delightful stop at Kings Creek Station.

Indulge in a sumptuous cooked breakfast featuring sizzling bacon and eggs, hearty baked beans, and crisp toast, accompanied by freshly brewed coffee, aromatic tea, and refreshing juice, setting the perfect tone for the day ahead.

Continuing your odyssey, venture into Watarrka National Park under the guidance of your experienced leader. Ascend the rocky terrain to the rim of Kings Canyon, where breathtaking vistas await as your reward. The challenging 6-kilometer Kings Canyon Rim Walk offers a thrilling adventure for those with a sturdy level of fitness, with highlights including the ethereal Garden of Eden, a verdant oasis nestled deep within the canyon’s embrace.

Alternatively, opt for a more leisurely exploration of the canyon floor on the Creek Bed Walk, meandering amidst boulder-strewn landscapes. Gain insights into the area’s geology, flora, fauna, and rich history from your knowledgeable guide. This shorter walk, spanning approximately one hour, leaves ample time for leisure pursuits such as a refreshing dip in the pool at Kings Canyon Resort or an exhilarating Helicopter Flight over Kings Canyon (additional expense).

Following a satisfying lunch (at your own expense), your journey continues towards Uluru (Ayers Rock Resort), concluding this leg of your adventure with memories etched in the rugged beauty of the Australian outback.

Day 4: Thursday, 3rd October 2024, Kata Juta, Field of lights and Sound of Silence dinner (B,D)

Here, amid the towering 36 domes that comprise Kata Tjuta, delve into the profound evolution spanning millions of years. Pause and allow the whispers of the wind, known as Walpa, to envelop you, connecting with the spiritual essence of this sacred land that welcomes all who venture within its embrace.

Prepare for a myriad of adventures awaiting your exploration:

This exclusive dining experience combines the award-winning ‘Sounds of Silence’ dinner under the outback sky with the once-in-a-lifetime Field of Light art installation.

With magnificent views of Uluru at sunset, a three-course bush tucker inspired buffet, premium selection of Australian wines and beers, fascinating star talk and a self-guided walk through the Field of Light art installation, your ‘A Night at Field of Light’ experience is complete.

Your evening begins with a convenient hotel pick-up and transfer to the remote desert location with majestic views of Uluru. As the sun sets on the horizon to the music of a didgeridoo, enjoy gourmet canapes and chilled sparkling wine.

As darkness falls and the coloured lights of the 50,000 glass spheres gently come to life, join your table of fellow travellers for an exceptional three-course buffet menu infused with bush tucker flavours. As the night ignites with countless stars, settle back and listen as our resident star talker decode the southern night sky.

Your host will provide insights to the art installation that awaits you, before you’re invited to immerse yourself in the Field of Light, its pathways glistening softly with rhythms of coloured light, beckoning you to explore.

Day 5: Friday, 4th October 2024: Departures from Uluru (B)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel this morning.  As the tour comes to an end, plesae prepare t check out on time and proceed to the airport for your flight home. We hope you have enjoyed your time in the amazing red Center!

Terms and Conditions of booking

Please take the time to read and understand the booking terms and conditions prior to booking a trip with us.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE

For all advertised LWT itineraries and dates, a trip-specific deposit amount per person required to confirm and secure your booking.

Final balance payment is due 60 days before the trip start date.

If your booking is made within 60 days of the trip start date then the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

Full Refund if you cancel more than 90 days prior to the trip start date.

Deposits become credits if you cancel your spot (in writing) between 90-60 days before the trip start date. All other payments will be refunded.

Cancellations 59 days or less before commencement: All payments will convert to a credit, including deposit: credit must be used with 24 months

Less than 30 days: No refunds or credits

PRICING

Trip prices include all applicable taxes.

Trip prices are based on shared occupancy. Single travelers will be assigned a roommate by LWT for no extra single supplement fee.

LWT is not responsible for any fees incurred due to currency exchange or fees charged by your credit card/bank for processing funds in any currency.

CANCELLATION OF A TOUR BY THE CLIENT

Any cancellation by a Client must be made in writing to

After written confirmation of the cancellation by LWT, your spot on the trip will be released immediately and is not guaranteed to be available for rebooking.

Refund terms if cancelled by the client:

Over 90 days before commencement: Full Refund
• 90 days to 60 days before commencement: Deposit will turn into a credit and all other payments refunded*
• 59 days to 30 days before commencement: All payments will convert to a credit, including deposit: credit must be used with 24 months
• Less than 30 days: No refunds or credits

CREDITS

Credits are valid to use to rebook for the year of the original trip or the next calendar year Valid for 24 months from issue

Credit may be transferred to another woman. You may find another woman to take your spot. She pays you directly for the deposit and assumes responsibility for any outstanding balance payments. The replacement participant must meet trip registration requirements and be approved to join the trip by LWT.

Credits may be used towards the final balance of another trip, applied at 90 days in advance of the trip start date. Credit may be transferred to any other trip, and you may cancel and reapply your credit as many times as you like, before 90 days in advance of the trip date, within the original credit expiry date.

CANCELLATION OF A TOUR BY LUXURY WOMEN’S TOURS

Our trips are confirmed to depart when they have a minimum group size booked. LWT reserves the right to cancel any trip for any reason, but will rarely cancel a tour less than 60 days before departure except for Force Majeure, unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside LWTs control.

When a tour is cancelled by LWT before the agreed date of departure for any reason other than Force Majeure or the fault of the Client, the Client can either:

  • Take a substitute tour of equivalent or higher price if LWT  is able and willing to offer such a substitute and pay any difference in price between the price of the tour originally purchased and that of the superior substitute tour; or
  • Take a substitute tour of lower price if LWT  is able and willing to offer one and to recover from LWT  the difference in price between the tour originally purchased and that of the substitute tour; or
  • Receive a full refund of all monies paid under the contract as soon as possible.

LWT is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the Client may have incurred as a result of the booking such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non-refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment, etc.

If the Client is offered a refund but requests an alternative tour of a higher value than that originally booked, then the Client must pay the difference in price.

Where, after departure, a significant element of the trip contracted for cannot be provided, LWT  will make suitable alternative arrangements for the continuation of the trip.
