On arrival in vibrant Bangkok, we will be welcomed by our private guide and escorted to the hotel. The rest of the day is free at your leisure.

Day 2 – 2nd Nov 2024 – Bangkok City tour
After breakfast at the hotel, meet our private tour guide and driver. This Bangkok city tour will start from a colorful flower and vegetable market to experience real local life. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok with an exciting morning tour at the iconic Grand Palace; renowned for its majestic beauty, which adjoins Wat Phra Kaew—the most important Buddhist temple in Thailand. Enjoy lunch nearby before taking off on one of those classic long-tail boat rides down peaceful canals to explore rural life. Don’t forget camera – you won’t want to miss catching stunning glimpses of Wat Arun as it glistens brilliantly along riverside shores when bathed by sunlight during daybreak hours. After our boat trip, we will visit our last stop today – Wat Po (Temple of the Reclining Buddha), founded in the 16th century, the oldest and biggest temple with the largest number of pagodas (95 in all) in the city.

Day 3: 3 Nov 2024 Bangkok – Ayutthaya – Bangkok
We Begin our journey through Thai history with a drive north to Ayutthaya, the once-glorious capital of Thailand that is now enshrined as an UNESCO World Heritage site. Keep your eyes peeled for spectacular views of Bang Pa-In Summer Palace – one of Thailand’s most beautiful palaces! Then step into the mysterious past at Wat Maha That in Ayutthaya Historical Park; witness centuries’ old ruins featuring iconic Buddha heads engulfed by Bodhi tree roots, and feel awed knowing its grand size was testimony to its glory days.
After a Thai lunch, Travel back in time and experience the ancient splendor of Ayutthaya Historical Park! Indulge your curiosity among magnificent ruins like Wat Phra Sri Sanphet, which once served as a royal temple close to the Grand Palace. We visit Viharn Phra Mongkolbopit, home of an impressive bronze Buddha statue sitting gracefully within its rebuilt hall- believed to be a mirror image of Assembly Hall from centuries ago. Come explore this unique piece of history today! After the tour, transfer back to your hotel in Bangkok for overnight.

Day 4- 4th Nov 2024 – Bangkok – Chiang Mai (B)
After Breakfast we explore the grandeur of Chiang Mai and uncover its ancient beauty! Hop a flight to arrive in this wondrous city where we are warmly greeted by our guide at the airport. Take some time for rest before setting off on an excursion through hillside vistas filled with Hmong tribesmen dressed in vibrant costumes—a remarkable sight that’s sure to last long after we leave! Our journey continues toward Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep, one of Chiang Mai’s most sacred temples offering up even more spectacular sights. Once done here, it’s back home again but no doubt your emotions will remain as if suspended somewhere between past and present.

Day 5: 5th Nov 2024 – Chiang Mai- Baan Chang Elephant Park (B,L)
We visit way to Baan Chang Elephant Park and get ready for a truly unforgettable adventure! Spend the day connecting with majestic giants – you can feed them, roam alongside them, touch their trunks and even take part in an elephant bath. With knowledgeable guides onsite, learn about these incredible creatures’ backgrounds – as well as how they are cared for health-wise at home here. You’ll also have a chance to meet some adorable baby elephants;

Day 6: 6th Nov 2024 – Chiang Mai Cooking Class (B, L)
Escape the city and explore traditional Thai culture in rural Chiang Mai! Enjoy a 45-min drive to meet our welcoming host family, sip refreshing drinks as we learn about graceful teakwood homes. Take a stroll through an orchard and herb garden with our hosts before trying out some hands-on activities like making bamboo baskets or cigars from banana leaves. End this full cultural experience by preparing delicious homecooked Northern Thai cuisine for lunch.
After the meal transfer back to our hotel.

We will have free time until we leave for the airport for our flight to Koh Samui. On arrival, we will transfer to the hotel. After check in, the rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 9: 9th Nov 2024 -Koh Samui -Angthong National Marine Park by speed boat (B,L)

A journey by speedboat to Koh Samui takes just one hour, revealing a mesmerizing world composed of lush green islands surrounded by sapphire blue lagoons. After Breakfast we explore Koh Samui Island. Journey to the beautiful Big Buddha Temple and get amazing views of surrounding scenery from its grand gallery. Then, you won’t want to miss this one-of-a kind opportunity to see nature’s masterpiece: Grand Ma & Grand Pa Rock – a strange yet humorous formation crafted by Mother Nature herself! visit the Guan Yu Shrine on Koh Samui, an inspiring monument celebrating Chinese heritage and dedicated to a legendary warrior from 2,000 years ago. Make history come alive by visiting this impressive 16m structure – now the largest in Thailand!
We visit Wat Kunaram and pay your respects to the highly revered Luang Por Daeng, whose mummified body still remains in its meditative pose after over 30 years. Then head to Na Muang 1 Waterfall for a sight of breathtaking beauty – an 18 meter cascade into a natural pool below! Enjoy lunch at one of local restaurants with authentic Thai cuisine before doing some shopping at Nathon town, where you can get all kinds of Samui specialties.

Deposits and Payment Schedule
To join any of our captivating Luxury Women’s Tours (LWT) itineraries, a per-person deposit, tailored to your selected trip, is required to confirm and secure your reservation.
The final balance payment must be settled 90 days before your journey begins. If you book within this 90-day window, the full amount becomes due at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation more than 90 days prior to the trip’s start, a full refund is granted, with deductions for non-refundable supplier deposits and non-refundable flight expenses.
For cancellations made between 90 and 60 days before the trip starts, your land component deposits become non-refundable, while all other payments are refunded, with non-refundable supplier or flight charges deducted.
Cancellations occurring 59 days or fewer before the trip starts result in all land tour component payments, including the deposit, being non-refundable.
All flights are subject to airline terms and conditions.
Pricing
Published trip prices include all applicable taxes and are based on shared occupancy. Solo travelers are thoughtfully matched with roommates to avoid additional single supplement fees. Single supplements are available with a surcharge, subject to availability.
Please note that LWT is not responsible for fees related to currency exchange or charges imposed by your credit card company or bank for foreign currency transactions.
All Flight Booking Conditions
Be aware that terms, conditions, and cancellation fees imposed by flight carriers are applicable in accordance with the airline’s policies.
Cancellation by the Client
In case a Client needs to cancel their reservation, we request written notification sent to jamie@luxurywomenstours.com.au.
Upon receiving written confirmation of cancellation from LWT, your reserved spot on the trip will be released, and rebooking availability is not guaranteed.
Refund terms for client-initiated cancellations are as follows:
- Over 90 days before the trip’s start: Full refund, with deductions for non-refundable supplier deposits and non-refundable flight expenses.
- Cancellation between 90 and 60 days before the trip’s start: Land component deposits become non-refundable, with all other payments refunded, minus non-refundable supplier or flight charges.
- Cancellations occurring 59 days or fewer before the trip starts result in all land tour component payments, including the deposit, being non-refundable.
- All flights are subject to airline terms and conditions.
Credits
Credits are valid for use within the original year of the trip or the following calendar year, with a total validity period of 24 months from the date of issuance.
These credits can be transferred to another woman, who assumes responsibility for any outstanding balance payments and directly reimburses you for the deposit. However, the replacement participant must meet trip registration requirements and receive approval from LWT.
You can also apply your credits toward the final balance of another trip, provided the request is made at least 90 days before the trip’s start date. Additionally, you have the flexibility to transfer your credits to any other trip or cancel and reapply your credits as many times as needed before the 90-day mark before the trip date, all within the original credit expiry date. Please note that all credits are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Cancellation of a Tour by Luxury Women’s Tours
Our trips are confirmed to depart with a minimum group size booked. LWT reserves the right to cancel any trip for any reason, though cancellations less than 60 days before departure are rare, except for Force Majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond LWT’s control.
If LWT cancels a tour before the agreed departure date for reasons other than Force Majeure or the fault of the Client, you have the following options:
- Choose a substitute tour of equivalent or higher price, paying the difference.
- Opt for a substitute tour of lower price, receiving the difference in price as a refund.
- Receive a full refund of all monies paid under the contract.
LWT is not responsible for incidental expenses or consequential losses incurred by the Client, such as visa fees, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail tickets, non-refundable parking, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment.
