This tour is suitable for travellers with a basic to moderate level of fitness. Activities include guided city walks, scenic sightseeing, short hikes, boarding ferries and cruise ships, and some uneven ground at natural sites and national parks.
All activities are optional and paced comfortably, with plenty of time to rest and enjoy the surroundings. No strenuous hiking or physical training is required, and alternative options are available on days with optional activities such as e-biking, horseback riding or helicopter flights (extra cost)
Guests should be comfortable walking for up to 2–3 hours at a relaxed pace, climbing stairs, and getting on and off coaches, trains and boats.




Welcome to Canada. On arrival into Vancouver International Airport, we are met and transferred to our downtown hotel. After check-in, there is time to settle in, refresh and enjoy the facilities, or take a gentle stroll nearby to start soaking up the atmosphere of this beautiful waterfront city.
This evening, we come together for a welcome dinner at the hotel — the perfect opportunity to meet your fellow travellers, your tour host, and toast to the journey ahead.

After breakfast at the hotel, we meet our local guide and begin exploring Vancouver, a city celebrated for its spectacular natural setting and diverse neighbourhoods. Our tour starts at Canada Place and Jack Poole Plaza, home to the Olympic Cauldron, before continuing into Stanley Park to discover the impressive collection of Indigenous totem poles on a guided walk.
We then drive through the fashionable West End and along English Bay, enjoying coastal views, before visiting Granville Island. Here, we explore the lively public market, browse artisan stalls and enjoy free time for lunch and shopping.
This afternoon, we head to historic Gastown for a guided food tour, sampling local flavours paired with a cocktail while learning about the area’s colourful past. The evening is at leisure.

After breakfast at the hotel, we set out for a scenic journey to Vancouver Island, sailing aboard BC Ferries. As we cross the Salish Sea, we enjoy views from the decks and keep an eye out for marine life along the way.
On arrival, we travel to the world-renowned Butchart Gardens, where we wander through beautifully designed gardens filled with seasonal blooms. Following our visit, we enjoy a traditional afternoon tea in the Butchart Gardens Dining Room, featuring savoury sandwiches, sweet treats and freshly brewed tea.
Later, we explore Victoria on a guided driving tour, taking in highlights such as Mile Zero, Ogden Point, the iconic Empress Hotel and historic Chinatown, including the narrow Fan Tan Alley.
In the late afternoon, we return by ferry to the mainland, arriving back in Vancouver in the evening.

This morning, we check out of our hotel and transfer to the Rocky Mountaineer station to begin one of the great rail journeys of the world. Travelling from coastal Vancouver into the interior of British Columbia, we settle into our premium seats and enjoy attentive onboard service as the scenery changes dramatically throughout the day.
We pass through the fertile Fraser Valley, then follow winding river canyons and forested mountains, with highlights including Hell’s Gate in the Fraser Canyon and the rugged landscapes along the Thompson River. Gourmet meals are served onboard as we relax and take in the ever-changing views.
In the evening, we arrive in Kamloops, where we transfer to our hotel. The remainder of the night is at leisure.

Early this morning, we rejoin the Rocky Mountaineer and continue our spectacular rail journey east toward the Canadian Rockies. Today’s scenery is nothing short of breathtaking as we travel across ranchlands, alongside turquoise lakes, and through mountain passes and historic rail tunnels.
Highlights of the day include Craigellachie, where the last spike of the Canadian Pacific Railway was driven, the dramatic climb through Rogers Pass, views over Kicking Horse Canyon, and the famous Spiral Tunnels, all framed by glaciers and snow-capped peaks.
Breakfast and lunch are served on board as we enjoy the ever-changing alpine scenery in comfort.
By evening, we arrive in the resort town of Banff, where we transfer to our hotel and check in. The remainder of the evening is at leisure to explore Banff Avenue or enjoy dinner at one of the town’s many excellent restaurants.

After breakfast, we set out to explore Banff National Park, Canada’s oldest national park and a UNESCO World Heritage-listed area. Our sightseeing includes Banff Avenue, the historic Banff Springs Hotel, Bow Falls, and the scenic shores of Lake Minnewanka and Two Jack Lake.
We then ascend Sulphur Mountain aboard the Banff Gondola, where panoramic views stretch across the Bow Valley and surrounding peaks. Lunch is included today at the Northern Lights Café, located at the top of the gondola.
The afternoon is free to enjoy Banff at your own pace. You may choose to stroll through town, relax at a café, or simply enjoy the alpine scenery. The evening is at leisure.

After breakfast, today is dedicated to some of the most spectacular alpine scenery in the Canadian Rockies. We begin with a visit to the world-famous Lake Louise, renowned for its turquoise waters and dramatic mountain backdrop.
We then continue to Moraine Lake, set in the Valley of the Ten Peaks, one of the most photographed locations in Canada. There is time to take in the views, capture photos and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
After lunch, we travel into Yoho National Park, where we visit the stunning Emerald Lake, known for its vivid green waters. You may choose to stroll along the lakeshore or simply relax and enjoy the scenery.
We return to Banff later this afternoon, with the evening at leisure to enjoy dinner and explore the town.

After breakfast, we depart Banff and travel south through changing landscapes as the Rocky Mountains give way to rolling foothills and wide-open plains. Along the way, we visit the UNESCO World Heritage–listed Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump, an extraordinary cultural site that tells the story of more than 6,000 years of Indigenous Plains buffalo-hunting traditions.
Continuing on, we arrive in Waterton Lakes National Park, a lesser-visited gem known for its dramatic mountain scenery, pristine lakes and peaceful atmosphere. After checking in to our hotel, the remainder of the day is at leisure to relax, explore the lakeside setting or enjoy the fresh mountain air.

This afternoon, we join our guide for a gentle walk within Waterton Lakes National Park, taking time to enjoy the alpine landscapes, fresh mountain air and photo opportunities.

After breakfast, we depart Waterton Lakes National Park, leaving the open prairies behind as we journey west toward the forested landscapes and mountain scenery of British Columbia. The drive takes us through changing terrain as we travel toward the Purcell Mountains, offering a scenic transition between regions.
On arrival in the charming lakeside town of Nelson, we check in to our hotel before heading out to explore. Known for its heritage buildings, vibrant arts scene and relaxed atmosphere, Nelson is a highlight of the Kootenays.
Later, we enjoy an included beer tasting at a local brewery, sampling regional flavours and learning more about the area’s craft brewing culture. The evening is at leisure to enjoy dinner at one of Nelson’s welcoming restaurants.

After breakfast, we spend a relaxed morning exploring Osoyoos, beginning with visits to local fruit markets where the Okanagan Valley’s fertile land produces some of the best fresh fruit in British Columbia.

This evening, we come together for a group dinner at a local winery, set against the backdrop of rolling vineyards. Located at the southern tip of the Okanagan Valley, this celebrated wine region is known for producing some of Canada’s most awarded wines.

After breakfast, we depart Osoyoos and begin our journey back to Vancouver, travelling through changing landscapes as we leave the Okanagan Valley behind.
Along the way, we stop in the town of Hope, nestled at the foot of the mountains, where there is time to stretch our legs and enjoy lunch at leisure.
We arrive back in Vancouver later in the day and check in to our hotel. The remainder of the evening is free to relax after our journey or enjoy a final stroll around the city.

After breakfast, we depart our hotel and cross the iconic Lions Gate Bridge, enjoying views back toward Vancouver’s skyline and harbour.
Our morning begins with a visit to Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, where we experience this famous landmark set high above the forest floor, surrounded by towering evergreens and river views.
We then continue to Grouse Mountain, travelling by Skyride to the summit for panoramic views over the city, mountains and coastline. There is time to explore the mountaintop area and enjoy lunch at your leisure while taking in the scenery.
This afternoon, we visit the vibrant Shipyards District, a lively waterfront precinct filled with shops, cafés and public spaces. Take time to stroll along the Shipbuilders’ Pier and soak up the atmosphere before returning to the hotel.

This afternoon, we depart Vancouver and begin our journey north through the legendary Inside Passage. As the coastline slowly fades into open water, enjoy your first evening at sea with dinner onboard and a chance to experience the ship’s entertainment and amenities.

This morning, we cruise deep into Endicott Arm, a narrow fjord flanked by towering granite cliffs and cascading waterfalls. The highlight of the day is scenic cruising past Dawes Glacier, where massive ice formations calve into the sea below.
This is a spectacular day for photography and enjoying Alaska’s raw, untouched beauty from the ship.

Deposits and Payment Schedule
To join any of our captivating Luxury Women’s Tours (LWT) itineraries, a per-person deposit, tailored to your selected trip, is required to confirm and secure your reservation.
The final balance payment must be settled 90 days before your journey begins. If you book within this 90-day window, the full amount becomes due at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation more than 90 days prior to the trip’s start, a full refund is granted, with deductions for non-refundable supplier deposits and non-refundable flight expenses.
For cancellations made between 90 and 60 days before the trip starts, your land component deposits become non-refundable, while all other payments are refunded, with non-refundable supplier or flight charges deducted.
Cancellations occurring 59 days or fewer before the trip starts result in all land tour component payments, including the deposit, being non-refundable.
All flights are subject to airline terms and conditions.
Pricing
Published trip prices include all applicable taxes and are based on shared occupancy. Solo travelers are thoughtfully matched with roommates to avoid additional single supplement fees. Single supplements are available with a surcharge, subject to availability.
Please note that LWT is not responsible for fees related to currency exchange or charges imposed by your credit card company or bank for foreign currency transactions.

Be aware that terms, conditions, and cancellation fees imposed by flight carriers are applicable in accordance with the airline’s policies.
Cancellation by the Client
In case a Client needs to cancel their reservation, we request written notification sent to jamie@luxurywomenstours.com.au.
Upon receiving written confirmation of cancellation from LWT, your reserved spot on the trip will be released, and rebooking availability is not guaranteed.
Refund terms for client-initiated cancellations are as follows:
- Over 90 days before the trip’s start: Full refund, with deductions for non-refundable supplier deposits and non-refundable flight expenses.
- Cancellation between 90 and 60 days before the trip’s start: Land component deposits become non-refundable, with all other payments refunded, minus non-refundable supplier or flight charges.
- Cancellations occurring 59 days or fewer before the trip starts result in all land tour component payments, including the deposit, being non-refundable.
- All flights are subject to airline terms and conditions.
Credits
Credits are valid for use within the original year of the trip or the following calendar year, with a total validity period of 24 months from the date of issuance.
These credits can be transferred to another woman, who assumes responsibility for any outstanding balance payments and directly reimburses you for the deposit. However, the replacement participant must meet trip registration requirements and receive approval from LWT.
You can also apply your credits toward the final balance of another trip, provided the request is made at least 90 days before the trip’s start date. Additionally, you have the flexibility to transfer your credits to any other trip or cancel and reapply your credits as many times as needed before the 90-day mark before the trip date, all within the original credit expiry date. Please note that all credits are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Cancellation of a Tour by Luxury Women’s Tours
Our trips are confirmed to depart with a minimum group size booked. LWT reserves the right to cancel any trip for any reason, though cancellations less than 60 days before departure are rare, except for Force Majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond LWT’s control.
If LWT cancels a tour before the agreed departure date for reasons other than Force Majeure or the fault of the Client, you have the following options:
- Choose a substitute tour of equivalent or higher price, paying the difference.
- Opt for a substitute tour of lower price, receiving the difference in price as a refund.
- Receive a full refund of all monies paid under the contract.
LWT is not responsible for incidental expenses or consequential losses incurred by the Client, such as visa fees, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail tickets, non-refundable parking, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment.
