Day 1: Hanoi arrival (D)

Enjoy your flight to Hanoi. Upon your arrival at the Hanoi airport, our representative will be waiting for you to provide a warm welcome and assist you with your luggage. From there, you will be transferred to your hotel where you can take some time to relax and unwind after your journey.

Welcome dinner later in the hotel.

Day 2: Hanoi city tour (B, L)

After enjoying breakfast, at 8:30 am, you will be picked up for a city tour of Hanoi. The first stop will be the Ho Chi Minh Complex, where you can visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the One Pillar Pagoda. Next, you will visit the Literature Temple, which was the first university in Vietnam and dates back to the 16th century. Following this, you will enjoy a delicious lunch at a restaurant.

In the afternoon, the tour will continue with a visit to the Fine Art Museum and the Women’s Museum, both of which offer a unique insight into Vietnam’s rich cultural heritage. Then, you will experience a traditional mode of transportation in Hanoi – a cyclo ride through the bustling streets of the old quarter. To conclude your day, you will be entertained by a water puppet show in the afternoon.

Day 3: Hanoi – Halong bay – Lan Ha Bay on Embark on Venus Luxury Cruise(B, L, D)

Today begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or at the Hanoi Opera House, the final pickup point. You’ll then be transferred to Tuan Chau wharf via the new highway. Upon arrival, you’ll board our luxurious craft, VENUS Cruises. The Cruise Manager will provide a comprehensive safety briefing.

As the cruise sets sail towards Halong Bay, you’ll enjoy a delicious lunch at the onboard restaurant. After lunch, the cruise anchors at Tra Bau area. Here, you can choose to explore the crystal-clear waters through kayaking or swimming.

In the evening, return to the cruiser for a memorable Sunset Party on Venus Sky Bar. As you watch the sun dip below the horizon, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in a Vietnamese cooking demonstration. The day culminates with a Signature Dinner in the distinctive restaurant. After dinner, relax with an exotic cocktail and take in the evening landscape before retiring to your comfortable cabin.

Day 4: Cruise itinerary- Lan Ha Bay Exploration – Viet Hai Village Excursion (B,L,D)

 Start your day with either a Tai Chi session on the upper deck or leisure time in your room. Breakfast is served at the Signature restaurant, offering a buffet-style or set menu.

The morning continues with a visit to Viet Hai village. Spend six hours immersing yourself in the local culture and surroundings. Cycle around the village, take in the fragrance of the paddy fields, enjoy a fish massage, and engage with the locals. Lunch is served, either at the village or on board, featuring local dishes.

After lunch, head to the picturesque Ba Trai Dao Beach for swimming and kayaking. You can also enjoy some beach volleyball. Return to the main boat in the late afternoon for leisure time until dinner.

The evening brings another delightful dinner, followed by free time to enjoy spa treatments, squid fishing, or simply stargazing on the deck.

Day 5: Dark & Bright Grotto Exploration – Disembark Cruise-  Fly to Hue (B, Brunch)

 Rise early to greet the day with Tai Chi on the Sundeck or enjoy a cup of tea, coffee, or juice. A light breakfast is served in the restaurant.

Explore the captivating Dark & Bright Grotto and islets by local rowing boats. After the exploration, return to the main boat for brunch as you cruise back towards the mainland.

Bid farewell to the crew and disembark at the wharf. Your luxury van will transfer you back to Hanoi airport where you will fly to Hue.

Day 6: Hue City tour (B, L)

 This morning, you will embark on a cultural journey through the historic Royal Citadel in Hue. Built in the early 19th century by Emperor Gia Long, the Citadel was modeled after French military architect Vauban’s designs. The Citadel is a breathtaking display of imperial architecture and served as the political and cultural center of the Nguyen Dynasty. After exploring the Citadel, you’ll take a leisurely cyclo tour to soak up the city’s charm and bustling energy. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, you’ll embark on a scenic boat trip down the Perfume River to visit the famous Thien Mu Pagoda. Perched on a hill overlooking the river, this beautiful pagoda is a stunning example of Buddhist architecture and is considered one of the most sacred places in Hue. You’ll also visit the Khai Dinh Tomb Halls, which reflect the town’s multi-cultural past and showcase a unique blend of Vietnamese and European design. This is an experience that you won’t want to miss during your visit to Hue.

Day 7: Hue – Danang – Hoi An (B, L)

 This morning, We travel to Hoi An, where the ancient meets the modern. Our adventure begins with a scenic drive to the magnificent Marble Mountain, where the stunning natural beauty of the landscape will leave you in awe.

After a rejuvenating morning exploring Marble Mountain, we will proceed to our luxurious hotel where you can unwind and relax in complete comfort and style.

In the afternoon, we invite you to immerse yourself in the charming beauty of Hoi An’s ancient town. From the iconic Japanese Covered Bridges to the vibrant market and Chua Ong Pagoda, this delightful town is bursting with fascinating sights and experiences that reflect the town’s multi-cultural past.

Our expert guide will lead you on a leisurely walking tour through the town’s small streets and assembly halls, taking in the 200-year-old Tamky House and the renowned Pottery Museum along the way. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to discover the hidden gems of Hoi An in true luxury and style.

Day 8: Hoi An Cooking Class tour (B, L)

 Join us for a one-of-a-kind half-day tour!  Start your day with an immersive exploration of the vibrant local market, complete with an array of vivid sights and sounds.

Afterwards, brace yourself for an unforgettable experience as you board a traditional round bamboo boat and set off on a journey through the stunning Cam Thanh fishing village. Accompanied by local fishermen, you’ll navigate through the waterways of the coconut forest, learn how to catch purple crabs, and even snap some amazing photos.

Then, head on over to the cooking school where you’ll have the chance to get hands-on experience and learn how to prepare some of the most mouth-watering dishes of the region. After indulging in your culinary creations, enjoy the flavors of your hard work during a satisfying lunch.

Day 9: Bana Hill/ Golden Bridge (B, L)

 

Our day starts with a pick-up at your hotel at 8:30 am. Once we arrive at the cable car station in Hoi An, you’ll experience a breathtaking ride through the endless tree-lined forest. The pristine ecological system of Ba Na mountain will leave you with a sense of discovery you never thought possible.

Our first stop is Le Jardin, where we’ll explore the remains of French villas and visit the Linh Ung Pagoda with its 27m high Buddha statue. From there, we’ll move on to Gare Debay, the second cable car station, and head to the top of Ba Na.

Enjoy some free time before lunch.

Next, it’s time to conquer the peak of Chua mountain (optional), which stands at 1,487m. Enjoy a panoramic view of Da Nang from the top of Ba Na Hills. Finally we visit the  Golden Bridge.

Day 10: Hoi An – Danang – Saigon (B)

 Enjoy a leisurely morning at your own pace, whether it’s indulging in a spa treatment or lounging by the pool.

This afternoon, take a short flight to the bustling city of Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, you’ll be whisked away to your luxurious hotel where you can unwind and relax in comfort.

Day 11: HCMC City tour – Cu Chi tunnel (B, L)

In the morning, we’ll embark on an enlightening sightseeing tour of Ho Chi Minh City. Our first stop will be the Reunification Palace, which served as the residence of the President of South Vietnam until April 30, 1975. Located nearby are the impressive French colonial buildings of the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Saigon Post Office.

After a delicious lunch, we’ll head to the renowned Cu Chi Tunnels, an incredible underground network that was constructed by Vietnamese fighters during their struggle for national independence. These tunnels housed hospitals, schools, and living quarters, and served as a military base for the Viet Cong during the American War. We’ll return to Ho Chi Minh City in the evening, where you’ll have the freedom to explore the city further and indulge in its diverse culinary offerings. Spend the night in Ho Chi Minh City, recharging for the exciting adventures that await you tomorrow.

Day 12: HCMC – Mekong Delta – HCMC (B, L,)

 

This Morning, we will depart from our hotel to My Tho city. Our first stop will be at a pier, where we will board a motorboat and cruise on the Mekong River. From here, we will have a chance to view floating houses where fishes are farmed beneath the house.

We will continue our journey on the river until we reach Cồn Thới Sơn (Unicorn Island). Here, we will take a horse cart to a performance site, where we can listen to Vietnamese traditional music (Đàn Ca Tài Tử – a folk art form from Southern Vietnam accredited by UNESCO in 2013 as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity) and taste seasonal tropical fruit (included in the tour).

Next, we will take a small hand-rowing boat (the main mode of transportation in My Tho & Ben Tre) and slowly cruise through a small creek with beautiful overhanging coconut trees. We can observe lives from both sides of the creek.

Before lunch, we will pass through a bee-keeping farm and enjoy some honey tea. You can also view a typical Mekong house here. After a short walk, it will be time for lunch.

After lunch, we will board the motorboat and head to a workshop to learn about the coconut candies making process. You can even taste some samples of the candies.

At 3:00 PM, we will return back to the bus and head back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 13 – Saigon – Phnom Penh, Arrivals (B)

Today we farewell Vietnam and continue our journey into Cambodia, flying from Ho Chi Minh City to Phnom Penh.

On arrival, we are met by our local guide and transferred to our hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure to relax after our travels or begin exploring Cambodia’s vibrant capital at your own pace.

Phnom Penh offers a fascinating blend of French colonial charm, bustling markets, and riverside life along the Mekong. You may choose to enjoy a quiet afternoon at the hotel, take a stroll along the waterfront, or explore one of the city’s many cafés.

This evening is free to unwind and settle in before we begin exploring Phnom Penh together tomorrow.

Day 14 – Discover Phnom Penh (B,L)

Today we explore the vibrant capital of Cambodia, a city rich in history, culture, and resilience.

We begin with a visit to the Royal Palace, one of the country’s most iconic landmarks, followed by the Silver Pagoda, known for its stunning floors lined with silver tiles and its deep spiritual significance.

We continue to the National Museum, home to an impressive collection of Khmer art and sculpture, offering insight into Cambodia’s ancient heritage and the Angkor period.

A visit to Wat Phnom, the city’s most important temple, provides a peaceful setting and a glimpse into the origins of Phnom Penh. Along the way, we’ll also experience the local atmosphere, including time to explore the Central Market, known for its distinctive Art Deco design and lively stalls.

This afternoon, we visit the Royal University of Fine Arts, where young Cambodians preserve and practice traditional dance and artistic traditions—an inspiring look at the country’s cultural future.

After a full day of exploration, we return to our hotel to relax.

Day 15 – Cambodia’s History & Reflection (B,)

This morning, we visit the Choeung Ek Genocidal Centre, one of the most significant historical sites in Cambodia. This experience offers a deeper understanding of the country’s recent past and the resilience of its people.

This is a confronting but important visit, providing context to Cambodia’s history and the strength of its culture today. Our local guide will share insights throughout, allowing for a respectful and meaningful experience.

Following our visit, we return to Phnom Penh where the remainder of the day is at leisure. You may wish to relax at the hotel, enjoy the facilities, or explore more of the city at your own pace.

This afternoon offers time to reflect, unwind, or perhaps enjoy a quiet riverside walk or café.

Day 16 – Phnom Penh to Siem Reap (B)

Today we farewell Phnom Penh and continue our journey to Siem Reap, the gateway to the incredible temples of Angkor.

After breakfast, we transfer to the airport for our flight. On arrival in Siem Reap, we are met by our local guide and transferred to our hotel.

The remainder of the day is at leisure to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of our hotel. You may wish to unwind by the pool, enjoy a spa treatment, or explore the charming streets of Siem Reap at your own pace.

This evening is free, allowing you to dine at leisure or simply relax ahead of the unforgettable days exploring Angkor.

Day 17 – Angkor Temples & Apsara Evening (B,L,D)

Today is one of the true highlights of our journey as we explore the extraordinary temples of Angkor, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the most remarkable archaeological wonders in the world.

We begin at the ancient city of Angkor Thom, once the last capital of the Khmer Empire. Entering through the impressive South Gate, we are welcomed by towering stone faces and intricate carvings that set the tone for the day ahead.

At the heart of the complex lies Bayon Temple, famous for its 54 towers adorned with over 200 serene smiling faces. We continue to explore the Terrace of the Elephants and the Terrace of the Leper King, each rich in history and detailed bas-reliefs.

This afternoon, we visit the iconic Angkor Wat, a masterpiece of Khmer architecture and the largest religious monument in the world. Surrounded by a vast moat and adorned with intricate carvings, the temple is a truly awe-inspiring sight.

This evening, we enjoy a special dinner accompanied by a traditional Apsara dance performance — a beautiful and elegant expression of Cambodian culture, providing a memorable end to an incredible day.

Day 18 – Floating Village & Local Life (B, L)

 

Today we experience a different side of Cambodia as we visit one of the region’s traditional floating villages on the Tonlé Sap Lake.

After breakfast, we travel to Kampong Pluk, a unique community where homes are built on tall stilts to adapt to the changing water levels. On arrival, we board a local boat and journey through the waterways, gaining insight into daily life in this fascinating village.

As we explore, we’ll see how locals live, work, and adapt to the rhythms of the lake. Depending on the season, the landscape transforms dramatically — from towering stilted homes in the dry season to a water-filled world where boats replace roads.

We continue through the flooded mangrove forest, a peaceful and atmospheric experience, before enjoying lunch at a local village setting.

After lunch, we take time to walk through the nearby village, observing everyday life, local farming practices, and community interactions. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with local culture in a meaningful and authentic way.

We return to Siem Reap in the afternoon, with the remainder of the day at leisure to relax or enjoy the hotel facilities.

Deposits and Payment Schedule

To join any of our captivating Luxury Women’s Tours (LWT) itineraries, a per-person deposit, tailored to your selected trip, is required to confirm and secure your reservation.

The final balance payment must be settled 90 days before your journey begins. If you book within this 90-day window, the full amount becomes due at the time of booking.

In case of cancellation more than 90 days prior to the trip’s start, a full refund is granted, with deductions for non-refundable supplier deposits and non-refundable flight expenses.

For cancellations made between 90 and 60 days before the trip starts, your land component deposits become non-refundable, while all other payments are refunded, with non-refundable supplier or flight charges deducted.

Cancellations occurring 59 days or fewer before the trip starts result in all land tour component payments, including the deposit, being non-refundable.

All flights are subject to airline terms and conditions.

Pricing

Published trip prices include all applicable taxes and are based on shared occupancy. Solo travelers are thoughtfully matched with roommates to avoid additional single supplement fees. Single supplements are available with a surcharge, subject to availability.

Please note that LWT is not responsible for fees related to currency exchange or charges imposed by your credit card company or bank for foreign currency transactions.

Be aware that terms, conditions, and cancellation fees imposed by flight carriers are applicable in accordance with the airline’s policies.

Cancellation by the Client

In case a Client needs to cancel their reservation, we request written notification sent to jamie@luxurywomenstours.com.au.

Upon receiving written confirmation of cancellation from LWT, your reserved spot on the trip will be released, and rebooking availability is not guaranteed.

Refund terms for client-initiated cancellations are as follows:

  • Over 90 days before the trip’s start: Full refund, with deductions for non-refundable supplier deposits and non-refundable flight expenses.
  • Cancellation between 90 and 60 days before the trip’s start: Land component deposits become non-refundable, with all other payments refunded, minus non-refundable supplier or flight charges.
  • Cancellations occurring 59 days or fewer before the trip starts result in all land tour component payments, including the deposit, being non-refundable.
  • All flights are subject to airline terms and conditions.

Credits

Credits are valid for use within the original year of the trip or the following calendar year, with a total validity period of 24 months from the date of issuance.

These credits can be transferred to another woman, who assumes responsibility for any outstanding balance payments and directly reimburses you for the deposit. However, the replacement participant must meet trip registration requirements and receive approval from LWT.

You can also apply your credits toward the final balance of another trip, provided the request is made at least 90 days before the trip’s start date. Additionally, you have the flexibility to transfer your credits to any other trip or cancel and reapply your credits as many times as needed before the 90-day mark before the trip date, all within the original credit expiry date. Please note that all credits are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Cancellation of a Tour by Luxury Women’s Tours

Our trips are confirmed to depart with a minimum group size booked. LWT reserves the right to cancel any trip for any reason, though cancellations less than 60 days before departure are rare, except for Force Majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond LWT’s control.

If LWT cancels a tour before the agreed departure date for reasons other than Force Majeure or the fault of the Client, you have the following options:

  • Choose a substitute tour of equivalent or higher price, paying the difference.
  • Opt for a substitute tour of lower price, receiving the difference in price as a refund.
  • Receive a full refund of all monies paid under the contract.

LWT is not responsible for incidental expenses or consequential losses incurred by the Client, such as visa fees, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail tickets, non-refundable parking, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment.
