About the package:



To begin with, you’ll spend five nights at the Pacific Resort Rarotonga, a full-service resort with only 64 rooms, suites, and villas nestled amongst lush tropical landscaping. At the Pacific Resort Rarotonga, guests may rent kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and snorkelling gear to explore the lagoon, which is located right on Muri Beach.

With five NZ$60 Dining Vouchers, you may sample the delicacies of more than 30 restaurants in Rarotonga and Aitutaki. The cuisine of the Cook Islands’ cafés and restaurants must be tasted to be believed. There’s something for everyone, from a simple sandwich at a café to a full gourmet feast.

The Pacific Resort, a serene haven in the midst of South Sea Polynesia, awaits you on the island of Aitutaki, where you may continue your culinary journey. Dine at Rapae Bay Restaurant and take in the scenery. Dining under the stars in a Bedouin-style tent on the beach is another option for an unforgettable experience. On Aitutaki, a boat tour is a must, and the island itself is simply beautiful. kayak and snorkel in the lagoon, then cool down in the infinity pool, which looks out over a pristine coral reef. Day 1 – Rarotonga Airport → Pacific Resort Rarotonga

Upon arrival at Rarotonga Airport you will be greeted with Fresh “Flower Lei” and escorted to your private transfer to Pacific Resort Rarotonga. Along the way you will enjoy a refreshing juice or piccolo bubbly with chilled towels.

In an effort to eliminate plastics on the island, you will also receive an aluminium water bottle with pure water for use and keepsake.

Arrive at Pacific Resort Rarotonga for check-in and enjoy the resort facilities for the rest of the day.

Explore Rarotonga from the comfort of an air-conditioned coach as our experienced local guide takes you on a fascinating 3 hour sightseeing tour, your perfect introduction to the islands rich culture & history. You will visit many points of interest including ancient maraes (sacred sites), local arts & crafts shops, the Library & Museum, the Garden of the 7 Canoes, and many more. Light refreshments will be served at the end of your tour.

This is undoubtedly one of the best ways to discover the protected lagoons of Rarotonga. Join the professional crew of Captain Tama’s Lagoon Cruises on board one of their glass bottom boats and cruise over the world renown Muri Lagoon to the inner reef area where the varieties of tropical marine life is abundant.

    • Pa’s Cross Island Trek :

Pa is a Rarotongan born Cook Islander and has become a legend among locals and tourists. As one of the Cook Islands more colourful characters will take you on a magical four hour tour of the island, learning about its myths and legends and native herbal lore. The island trek climb is quite steep to start with and becomes easier.

Available Monday to Friday
Discover the lush tropical interior of the island. You will visit the green valleys of Avatiu along a paved road that takes you close to the centre of the island. Along the way, you will see taro plantations. The taro plant is an important food crop throughout the Pacific. You will learn of its history and how it came to the Cook Islands. You will also learn about traditional land laws that govern the use of land and how it is passed on from generation to generation. Includes: Tasty Beach BBQ Fish lunch after 3 hour morning tour.

Day 4 – Rarotonga

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and the rest of the day is yours to explore at the Pacific Resort Rarotonga.

You can try a kayak, stand up paddle board or snorkel around the warm waters of the Muri Lagoon.

Day 6 – Rarotonga → Aitutaki

After your tropical breakfast check out from Pacific Resort and take your private transfer to Rarotonga Airport.

A quick and comfortable forty-five minute flight from Rarotonga takes you to the sublime turquoise waters of one of the world’s most beautiful tropical lagoons.

Arrive at Pacific Resort Aitutaki and check-in. The rest of the day is at your leisure.

While you are on Aitutaki you can enjoy the following tour:

    • Lagoon Cruise on the Vaka with lunch and transfers

This superb cruise takes you to three fantastic, remote islets and a snorkelling area where you can feed tropical fish and see giant clams. Visit Akaiami, Moturakau and One Foot Island. Relax, enjoy warm tropical waters and be amazed by the natural beauty of Aitutaki’s world famous lagoon. The Vaka Cruise includes a substantial barbecue lunch with fresh fish and alcoholic beverages and soft drinks are available for sale. Towels, snorkels, masks and fins provided.
